Keith Beck made an outstanding rally from fourth place in qualifying to capture his first Kitsap Scratch Bowlers Organization title, knocking off top qualifier Jim Monahan 198-170 to win the Longhouse Market & Deli Open at Laurel Lanes in Port Angeles.
Beck first beat Ben Runge 190-171, toppled Tom Jamrog 184-170 and then beat Monahan.
Preston Craig, the second place qualifier, won the Lakeside Industries 205 & Under Division by defeating Marc Ensey 166-158 and then taking down top qualifier Duncan Whitaker 2016-204 when Whitaker got the first of two strikes in the tenth but not the second.
Next up for the KSBO is the Quad Swiss on Nov. 23 at Hi-Joy Bowl in Port Orchard.
